This is my new cup for work. I wanted something with a lid to keep in heat while I am steeping my tea and keep some heat in. I use one of those mesh balls and loose tea instead of bags and wanted the lid to work as a coaster to hold the ball. So I came up with an old gas can idea with the spout and handle acting as a tripod when it is turned over and the lid will work like a perfect dish to keep that pesky teaball in line. Took the pictures with my phone so sorry about quality.
Can't wait to see the end result, that is so cool!

I have a big Bailey extruder and a caulking gun type. I cut some dies for the caulking gun for the handle and am pretty pleased so far. I use a cylinder die on the big extruder and slice the cylinders to make slabs. Its real easy to get stuck thinking you can just make things with what "they" give you with extruders. How many sad extruders are out there just aching to squeeze more out of themselves than coils or handles?
